Before Requesting a Refund

We want you to succeed. Before processing a refund, we ask that you:

• Communicate your concerns to our team so we can attempt to resolve them
• Allow us up to 5 business days to make adjustments or improvements
• Provide specific feedback about what isn't meeting your expectations

This is not a barrier to your refund - it's an opportunity for us to make things right. If you're still not satisfied after our resolution attempt, your refund will be processed immediately.

What's Not Covered

• Services cancelled after the 30-day guarantee period (monthly plans can still be cancelled anytime, but setup fees are non-refundable after 30 days)
• Additional services or add-ons purchased separately after the initial engagement
• Situations where service issues are caused by the client not providing required information or access
• Violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
